This is the handiest little application for Mac. You can block all internet traffic on your computer for the amount of time that you set. No reboot or nothing will change that - you have to let the time run out. You can also choose to block certain web-pages to make yourself more productive.
I could think of a few web-pages that would make us all get a little more work done…
